The Executive Committee has fiscal responsibility; operational oversight and ensures integrity and alignment of BCFF mission and strategic goals. 

The Steering Committee determines the priorities of our work plan, with the primary responsibility of integrating projects, making connections, and sharing information. The Youth Advisory Board, Community Coalitions and other Committees also have seats on the Steering Committee.

Committees, Community Coalitions and the Youth Advisory Board use their expertise to generate, execute, evaluate and prioritize work plan content and budgets.
